In 2019, The Star Sydney also opened ‘CHUUKA’, our first off-property restaurant on iconic Jones Bay Wharf, enhancing our commitment to delivering world-class dining and entertainment to Sydneysiders, domestic visitors and international guests.
The Rooftop Sydney will reopen on Friday 5 February. Our reservations office is closed, so please book online. The Rooftop is open from 12pm Wednesday to Friday.
