CONSTRUCTION ALERT: The bridge on M-55, east of the US-31 intersection, over the Manistee River, is slated for closure beginning December 2020. Travelers visiting from east of Manistee using M-55 will experience a detour at Stronach Road that will take you through to the south end of Manistee. We recommend using your smart phone/GPS unit to find and use a different route, including: Exit M-55 by turning right onto N. High Bridge Road. After passing through Brethren, turn left onto Coates Hwy. At the end of Coates Hwy, turn left onto Chippewa Hwy (US-31). Turn right onto M-22 and an immediate left into Little River Casino Resort.
